3 Ingredient Peanut Butter Bars

Pregnancy makes me HUNGRY. And while I've definitely indulged more that usual in snacking, I also try to make those snacks things that aren't terrible for me! I can't afford to buy a whole new wardrobe after baby, so I'm eventually gonna have to fit into all my clothes again!

That's where these peanut butter bars come in. Matthew considers a spoonful of peanut butter to be a great snack, but I just can't. I need something a little more solid! I found this recipe on Pinterest and really enjoy it. Next time I whip it up, I may add some chocolate, because after baby, I'm gonna have to re-instill my self-control, but right now, bring on the chocolate!

  • 3 cups Rolled Oats
  • 1 cup Peanut Butter
  • 1/2 cup Honey
  1.  Line a 9x9 pan with foil or parchment paper.
  2. Use microwave to melt the peanut butter and honey together. Stir well.
  3. Combine with 2 cups of the oats then as it mixes, slowly add the last cup until it is all completely combined.
  4. Pour into the prepared pan and place in the fridge until solid. You can then cut them into squares. I store mine in the fridge to make them less sticky, but they can be stored in a pantry too.
